How do I place an order? Plus

It’s easy! Select your template, size, and (for posters) frame option. Then either upload a photo of your vehicle or tell us the model you’d like illustrated or transformed into metal. You can also include any notes or customization requests. From there, our team will handle the design and production.

Will I be able to see a preview of my design? Plus

Yes, absolutely. Within 1-3 days you’ll receive a digital preview by email. You’ll have the chance to look it over and request any changes before it’s printed.

Can I make changes before my order is produced? Plus

Yes! For posters, we offer free unlimited revisions, so you can tweak the design until it’s exactly how you want it. For metal, you can review the digital preview and request adjustments before we begin precision-cutting — nothing goes into production until you approve the design. Please note that revisions for metal are limited to what can be safely accommodated in the precision-cut process.

What kind of photo should I upload? Plus

The clearer, the better. A well-lit, high-resolution photo works best. Try to avoid filters or anything that blocks the view of your vehicle. Our team will replicate the exact angle you provide.

Do I need to upload a photo? Plus

Not at all. If you don’t have a photo handy, simply tell us the make, model, and year of your favorite car, bike, truck, or dream ride. Our artists can create a poster without a photo.

Can I upload multiple cars/photos for one poster? Plus

Not right now. Each poster focuses on one vehicle to keep the artwork clean and detailed.

Can you create wall art for motorcycles, trucks, or jeeps? Plus

Yes. We can create artworks of cars, motorcycles, trucks, jeeps, and more.

Can I add a personal message or name to the poster? Plus

Definitely. Many people like to include their name, a special date, or even a short message. Please provide the details during the ordering process, and we will do
our best to incorporate your requests into the design.

Can I make custom requests when ordering a poster? Plus

Yes. You can request things like background color changes, text, or highlighting certain details of your vehicle. We’ll always do our best to bring your ideas to life, though some requests may not be possible.

Can I order a digital version of the poster? Plus

We only offer printed posters right now, but we make sure they’re produced on premium quality paper and shipped ready to enjoy.

What happens if I don’t review my artwork proof? Plus

We’ll send your design preview to the email you provided at checkout, followed by one reminder email if we don’t hear back. If no feedback or revision requests are received within 14 days of sending your first preview, your design will be automatically approved and sent to production.

If you requested revisions and a new version was provided, the most recent revision will be treated as your final approved design if no response is received within 14 days. Once a design is approved or automatically finalized, it moves into production and can no longer be changed, refunded, or replaced.

Do you offer bulk pricing? Plus

Yes. If you’re ordering a few, you’ll save more: 3 posters get 20% off, 4 posters get 25% off, and 5 or more posters get 30% off.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? Plus

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Do you offer gift cards? Plus

Not yet, but we may offer them in the future.

My order is a gift - can the invoice be removed from the package? Plus

No Problem! All our prints arrive with no receipt inside as we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

To ensure that your surprise is perfect, we recommend using your own email address rather than the recipient's.

Can I add a gift note? Plus

Unfortunately, it is not possible to include a gift note with your print order at this time. We understand that many of you would like the option to personalize your gift with a note, and we are actively seeking a solution. Please stay tuned for updates.

Are your products eco-friendly? Plus

All of our products are made from sustainable materials. We use wood and posters from responsibly managed forests (FSC certified) and non-toxic, water-based inks for our prints. This not only ensures that our products are safe for your home, but it also helps to protect the planet for future generations.

Do you offer free worldwide shipping? Plus

Yes, we offer free shipping with tracking to most locations around the world! We operate a global production network and have a production facility on most continents which allows us to produce and quickly deliver artworks for free. Our production facilities are located in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, and Australia.

Where does Motosequel ship to? Plus

We operate a global production network and ship worldwide to most locations around the world but due to legal restrictions and shipping carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

When will my order ship and arrive? Plus

Posters:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of approval and our estimated delivery times are:

  • US, UK, Australia, Canada, Mexico: 2-5 business days
  • Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii: 4-8 business days
  • EU: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Metal Art:

All custom metal artworks are made to order. Once your design is approved, production begins and typically takes 3-7 business days.

After production is complete, your order is securely packaged and shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

- United States, Canada, Europe: 3-7 business days

- Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

- Larger sizes may require a signature upon delivery.

- International orders may be subject to customs processing and carrier delays.

On rare occasions, local customs duties or import fees may apply. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Will there be any custom fees? Plus

We try our best to create your artwork in one of our production facilities closest to you. But in rare occasions where your country is not in or near one of production facilities, some customs fees may occur. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You as a customer is responsible for these fees.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Plus

To ensure you receive your artwork successfully, please double check that you have provided us with the correct shipping address when placing your order.

We want to get your artwork to you as soon as possible, thus unfortunately we cannot change or update your shipping address within 6 hours after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any change to your shipping address, and you would need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make any changes.

To change the shipping address for your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to team@motosequel.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? Plus

Sorry, we don't ship to P.O. boxes, please provide an alternative shipping address.

How do I track my order? Plus

Once your order has made it through our production facility and dispatched, you will receive an email to the provided email during the checkout with tracking details and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier. If you do not receive a email consisting of a tracking number/link after 7 business days, please send us an email at team@motosequel.com and one of our client experience team members will get back to you right away.

*Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to post tracking updates.

I never received my order. Is it lost? Plus

It is possible that your order has been delivered to a local carrier pickup point, or that your order has been returned to us. Here are some steps you can take:

  • Look for an attempted delivery note on your door
  • See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (family members, neighbors, colleagues, etc)
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly via the link in your tracking email

If you still cannot locate your parcel, do not hesitate to reach us at team@motosequel.com with your order number, we will do our best to help you!

Easy returns Returns and Refunds
Can I return my purchase? Plus

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each poster is uniquely created based on your photo or chosen design, making it personal and one of a kind.

However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or offer a refund.

Can I cancel my order after submitting? Plus

Cancellations are available within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, our design team begins creating your custom artwork. Because each piece is made to order and cannot be resold, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the design process has started.

You’ll receive a preview for approval before your poster is finalized, and we offer unlimited revisions to ensure it’s exactly how you want it.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do? Plus

In rare cases, shipping carriers may not care for the packages as much as we'd like them to and may arrive damaged. Please let us know as soon as you receive your order and we will replace it for you right away at no cost to you!

Please contact us at team@motosequel.com and provide the following information:

  • Email address that you used when placing the order
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Photo of damaged or incorrect item.

One of our client experience team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have received the wrong item. What do I do? Plus

In the rare case that you may receive a different art piece than to the one you have ordered, please contact us at team@motosequel.com withing 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a re-delivery for the correct items at no cost to you.
