Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer free tracked shipping to most locations around the world.

We use a global production network whenever possible, allowing many orders to be produced closer to the customer and shipped directly from one of our production partners. This helps reduce unnecessary double shipping, packaging waste, and delivery time.

Please note that some remote locations, oversized items, or certain product types may have shipping limitations or exclusions.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Order timelines depend on whether your item is custom-made or non-custom.

Custom products require a design preview before production. Non-custom, pre-made posters do not receive a design preview and are produced using the design shown on the product page.

Typical processing and production times are:

Custom Posters: A design preview is usually sent within 1-3 business days. Once approved, production typically takes 1-3 business days.

Pre-Made Posters: Produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1-3 business days.

Metal Art: A design preview is usually sent within 1-3 business days. Once approved, production typically takes 3-7 business days.

Acrylic Art: A design preview is usually sent within 1-3 business days. Once approved, production typically takes 6-14 business days.

Please note that production times begin after approval for custom products. Delays in approving your preview or requesting revisions may extend the overall delivery timeline.

Estimated shipping times after production

  • US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Mexico: 2-5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

These are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather delays, or other carrier-related issues.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details using the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days after your order enters production, please contact us at team@motosequel.com or through our request form.

Will there be customs fees, duties, or import taxes?

We try our best to produce and ship your order from a location close to you whenever possible.

However, depending on your country, product type, order value, and the production location, customs fees, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Motosequel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

What shipping carriers does Motosequel use?

We work with trusted shipping carriers depending on the destination and product type. These may include USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, GLS, PostNL, Evri, and other regional carriers.

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the production facility, and the shipping method available for your product.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at team@motosequel.com or through our request form.

Address changes may be possible within 6 hours of placing your order, but they cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has entered production, been packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery changes.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Motosequel is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, including missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll be happy to reship it once it arrives back at the return location. A reshipping fee will apply to cover additional postage and handling costs, as free shipping only applies to the initial delivery attempt.

We understand mistakes happen and will always do our best to help resolve the issue. However, we’re unable to issue refunds or free replacements for orders returned, delayed, or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

How can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Cancellations are available within 6 hours of placing a custom order. After this time, our design team may begin creating your custom artwork or preparing your custom product.

For custom products, cancellations are not available once the design or production process has started.

For non-custom, pre-made posters, cancellation requests can be accepted before the order has entered production. If the order has already entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible non-custom items may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?

In rare cases, packages may be damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at team@motosequel.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label, if possible

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require it for a damage claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the design or production process has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a verified production error.

This includes personalized posters, metal artwork, acrylic artwork, and any item created using your photo, vehicle details, text, notes, or personalization requests.

For non-custom, pre-made posters, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-custom change-of-mind returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund after cancelling?

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once processed, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was issued and you have not received the funds, please contact us at team@motosequel.com.
