Cancellation policy
At Motosequel, many of our products are made to order, including both custom products and non-custom pre-made designs. Because some items are personalized and others are produced after purchase, cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product ordered and how far the order has progressed.
Cancellation Window for Custom Products
Cancellations are available within 6 hours of placing a custom order. This window allows flexibility if you change your mind while ensuring our artists and production team can begin work promptly.
After 6 hours, our team may begin creating your custom artwork, preparing your preview, or processing your custom product. Once the design or production process has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible unless there is a verified issue with the order.
This applies to custom products including personalized posters, metal artwork, acrylic artwork, and any item created using your photo, vehicle details, text, notes, or personalization requests.
Cancellation Window for Non-Custom Pre-Made Posters
For non-custom, pre-made posters, cancellation requests can be accepted before the order has entered production.
Because pre-made posters are printed on demand after your order is placed, we may not be able to cancel the order once production has started.
If your pre-made poster has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible non-custom items may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom Artwork Process
For custom products, our artists create your artwork based on the photo, details, and notes you provide when placing your order.
You’ll receive a digital preview for review and approval before your custom product goes into final production.
For custom posters, we offer unlimited free revisions during the proofing stage to help ensure your design is exactly how you want it.
For custom metal or acrylic artwork, you may request adjustments to your preview before production, but revisions may be limited to what can be safely and reasonably accommodated based on the material, design, and production method.
Pre-Made Poster Process
Pre-made posters do not receive a digital preview before production.
These products are printed using the design shown on the product page. Please review the product images, size, style, and details carefully before placing your order.
Digital Preview Timing for Custom Products
For custom products, we aim to deliver your initial digital preview within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
Occasionally, preview delivery may take slightly longer due to weekends, holidays, order volume, or the complexity of the design. This time frame applies only to the first preview. Subsequent revisions may take additional time depending on the requested changes.
A delay in receiving your initial preview does not cancel your order, affect your ability to request revisions, or automatically qualify the order for cancellation or refund.
Why Custom Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Work Begins
Each custom product is created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused. Time, materials, and creative work are dedicated to your individual order.
For this reason, once work has started on a custom order, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds unless there is a verified production error, damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Automatic Approval for Custom Orders
If we do not receive feedback or revision requests within 14 days of sending your design preview, the preview will be considered automatically approved and moved to production.
If you previously requested revisions and we provided an updated preview, the most recent revision will be treated as the final approved design if no response is received within 14 days.
Please review your preview carefully before approval. Once a custom design is approved and sent to production, changes, cancellations, refunds, or remakes are not available unless there is a verified issue with the order.
