We love seeing your photos, videos, and reviews, and sometimes we may want to share them on our website, social media, or other platforms. By submitting content directly to us or tagging us on social media, you’re giving us permission to showcase it. The full legal details are below.

User Content Terms

By sharing photos, videos, files, music, sounds, messages, reviews, or other content, information, or materials (collectively referred to as “Submissions”) either by:

• directly uploading content to our website,
• tagging or mentioning our brand on third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or Facebook,
• using a hashtag designated by our brand,
• or publishing a review through our third-party review provider,

you agree that all Submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By providing any Submissions, you grant us, along with our affiliates and service providers, a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose such Submissions for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, in any media now known or later developed.

You also represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
• You own or control all rights in and to your Submissions and have the right to grant the license described above.
• If children are depicted in your Submissions, you are the parent or legal guardian of those minors and consent to their likeness being used.
• You have obtained permission from any individuals whose likeness appears in your Submissions.
• Your Submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any Submissions at our sole discretion.
